The primary clinical indications are:

• Single and in transit melanoma metastasis
• Cutaneous and sub-cutaneous metastasis, ulcerated, bleeding and painful
• Elderly patients that cannot be treated with standard therapies
• Cutaneous and sub-cutaneous metastasis volume reduction in order to facilitate radiotherapy and surgical operation
• Previously irradiated areas
• Cases where local treatment is warranted but surgery is difficult or not possible
